Another Can’t Miss Speaker for May!

In our line of work, it is difficult to recall the total number of times we encounter customers/clients who have no idea they have a derogatory credit event on their credit history.  We hear the surprise, anger, frustration, and anguish, especially when they are looking to us to help them qualify for the home they desperately want, or help them save money with a refinance they need so badly.  It’s a difficult to be in the tough position of conveying this information.  Then, it’s even more difficult to answer the next obvious question they pose:  What can I do to fix this?

That is where our speaker comes in.  Attorney Paul Mengedoth of Mengedoth Law PLLC is a consumer advocate, specializing in matters of credit reporting.  He has represented numerous consumers in cases against businesses who furnish inaccurate information to the bureaus and financial institutions.  He also has been an advocate for consumers against the credit reporting agencies themselves.  Paul will discuss consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act pertaining to mortgage lending, for victims of identity theft and for victims of mixed consumer credit files.
Paul is an engaging speaker who will help us help those customers/clients who need assistance beyond just originating a loan.  We encourage you to mark your calendar for this informative and enlightening presentation.
