Mitchel Medigovich is a local and international bank consultant with a progressive career in banking beginning in 1976. Mitch has been a senior officer at state chartered banks, owner of a mortgage company, trustee sale company, two real estate companies, two mortgage and real estate schools, and is a recognized speaker and instructor on mortgage lending and compliance.
Mitch has consulted for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, International Finance Corporation, the European Redevelopment Bank along with central and national banks in 13 countries throughout the world on matters of lending, risk mitigation and policy development.
Mitch also engages in litigation support for matters regarding lending laws. Today Mitch will share recent experiences where lenders have circumvented the Truth in Lending Act and a recent decision by the Arizona Supreme Court that ruled against charging late charges on certain transactions.
